Delete your Charge Ticker data
Charge Ticker by Optima Media ยท Last updated October 26, 2026
Charge Ticker keeps your battery readings and settings only on your phone. The only data that reaches our server is a set of anonymous usage counts (how often the app is opened, which features are used, your phone model and Android version, and your country or US state), filed under a random number the app makes for itself. It isn't linked to your name, email or account, because the app has no accounts.
Delete it from the app (immediate)
- Open Charge Ticker.
- Tap the Settings gear in the top corner.
- Turn off Share anonymous usage.
The app stops sending counts straight away and asks our server to delete everything stored under its random number. If your phone is offline, it asks again the next time you open the app.
If you've already uninstalled the app
Uninstalling deletes everything on your phone. On our server, the usage history of a phone that stops sending counts is deleted automatically after 90 days.
Ask us
You can also email contact@managewithoptima.com. Because the data isn't tied to a name or email, we can't look it up from your message alone; we'll walk you through the in-app switch, which removes it within minutes.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your phone's record (its random number, model, Android version, app version, settings and region) and its day-by-day usage history.
- Kept: overall totals that were already added up, such as "12 phones opened the app on Tuesday". They contain nothing that can be traced back to you or your phone.
